With a customer service career spanning over a decade, Patient Liaison Supervisor Samuel heads up Coppergate Clinic’s friendly front of house team and truly sets the tone for the exemplary customer service our patients have come to expect as standard. Samuel takes great pleasure in supporting and guiding his colleagues to ensure the smooth running of the clinic and prides himself on ensuring the clinic reception is a friendly and welcoming, yet efficient and professional environment.

A self-confessed ‘people person’, Samuel ensures all visitors to the clinic are met with the warmest of welcomes and that even the most nervous of patients are put at ease from the moment they arrive.
