With a customer service career spanning more than three decades, Clinic Manager Heather takes enormous pleasure in delivering exceptional levels of patient care, whilst ensuring the smooth overall running of the clinic.

Whether coordinating surgical procedures or providing post-operative advice, Heather is on hand to guide patients through their treatment journey, ensuring they are supported and informed at every stage.

Professional experience

Prior to joining the Coppergate Clinic team in 2018 , Heather spent 28 years working within Spire Elland private hospital. It was during this time and across multiple posts that Heather gained extensive customer service, marketing and management experience, all of which she draws upon daily within her role at the clinic.

Heather is also the first point of contact for the clinic team, overseeing all aspects of their continued professional development along with ensuring that the Clinic is fully compliant with all aspects of CQC regulations.
